Advocate For Role Players on Teams Getting Equal Praise

I believe that role players deserve more acknowledgement and should be given more credit for the role they're asked to play and the sacrifices they make for the team that too often go unnoticed.
Think about it:
1. Role players often come off the bench and some don't play very much although they practice just as much as the starters.
2. Role players are often told what they can and can't do, and they accept it.
3. Role players are often the biggest cheerleaders on the team and bench.
4. Role players are often asked to do the dirty work that no one else is willing to do.
5. Role players and their positive contribution to the team often fly under the radar.
6. Role players are less likely to be given praise by their coaches and teammates.
I'm am advocate for players who are asked to play a role on teams who's contributions often go unnoticed!
