1. They Execute the coaches game plan
2. They know and understand each others role
3. They bring the heat on defense (4qt) until they wear their opponent down
4. They rebound as a team to feed each others thirst for victory
5. They hold each other accountable for their play
6. They don't turn the ball over
7. They know how to win ugly if necessary
8. They remain focused until the mission is accomplished
9. They feed off each others energy, passion and enthusiasm all game long
10.Their sixth man is their bench and fans, and they make noise (all game)
