Dear lord,
May the talents and gifts that you've given to each of your children be recognized, developed and employed.
And once they've been fully developed and employed may they yield each person the benefits of success for the glory of God!
Amen 🙏

"Build Em Up Coach"

~There's no greater feeling as a player than to be built up by a coach especially after making a few mistakes~
Coaches who give constructive criticism to their players and who layer it with "Building Them Up" with words of encouragement get far greater production out of their players and life lasting memories and respect that will strengthen them throughout life.
*Coaches who have no desire to build up each of the players on their team should reconsider why they coach.
[Some coaches build their players up and some don't]
[Constructive criticism + build up= success]
Today's families aren't raising their kids through sports to watch coaches rip their hearts out due to selfish, self-centered, personal & egotistical means.
"I tend to believe that a coach can win games while still building up the least talented players on the team, if they're willing to try."
*No matter how you script it, kids and youth look up to coaches as their role models and always will!

Just Build Em All Up Coach!
