Why So Many People are Unhappy and Unfulfilled

The reason so many people are unhappy and unfulfilled is because so many are unwilling to accept the fact that God made them for His likeness and not theirs. And before they will ever find peace with themselves, they must learn to embrace their gifts, talents, strengths, skill sets and realize that they were perfectly created.

We were not born to be the same. But when we embrace the gifts that we've been given and find peace with ourselves, only then will we find and discover a happy and fulfilling life.

Embrace your strengths & gifts! God made you for His pleasure not yours!

I have a dream

I have a dream that someday, coaches from all sports would accept Christ as their personal lord and savior. And be bold enough to share his goodness with their players with hopes that it leads them to want to live a Christ-centered life.

-I have a dream

I have a Dream

I have a dream that someday, every player that plays on our club team who wants a student-athletic scholarship and are willing to work for it will receive one. "Players make teams."

- I have a dream!

Your Dreams Can Too

When I was a young basketball player hoping to someday make it big in basketball, I made a commitment to work on my game more than anyone else daily, until my dreams came true. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. And guess what, my dreams came true. Yours can too!

The Most Important Book of All Times

There's only one book on earth that has an answer for everything we need to live
a life of joy and contentment.

And yes, it's the bible. Read it!

"Get off the bench and get in the game"

My Spiritual Accountability Partners

I thank God for my brothers, together we hold each other accountable for living a Christ centered life. I wouldn't be the man I am today without their ongoing day to day support and unconditional love.

Looking For A New Beginning?

Make a decision today to accept Christ and start living a Christ-centered life."It's not easy, but it's worth it." Yes, you will lose some of your current friends. But you will also gain new Christian friends through Christian fellowship.

"If I can do it, you can too."

Romans 10:9-11 (explains how to accept Christ).

Trusting God

God is the only one who can do for you what no one else can do. Give the lord all of your troubles, burdens, concerns and fears and faithfully trust him to see you through each of them.

The word failure as it relates to God's children, isn't in his vocabulary. We were born and destined to win!

Being A Christian

Being a Christian is like serving in the army. We have a duty to love, serve and protect God's kingdom. We must also submit to a higher authority, which is God almighty our commander and chief.

And last we must never surrender to our enemy, which is Satan, the prince of darkness.

True Believers Must Be "All In"

Those who faithfully commit to living a Christ-centered life must be "All In".

One foot in and one foot out only leads to doubt and uncertainty. Life is too beautiful to live like that.

"Step up to the plate and hit the ball."

Why am I so Happy?

Because I know that if I were to leave earth today, that my eternal salvation is intact!

How about you?

UConn Huskies All-Access: The Truth About What's Expected Of Players

I love it when I hear and see coaches tell the truth about what it takes to be the best and remain the best. It's that relentless effort and personal burning desire to want to be the best that separates average players from great players.

No Matter What Happens- We Choose to Believe & Stand On God's Word

Last year (2013), I told my wife that 2014 was going to be our year of jubilee (blessings). It's not often that I say things with such boldness unless the holy spirit has spoken it to me. But as I reflect on our previous 7 years, I'm reminded that together, my wife and I have faced a tremendous amount of storms, peaks & valleys and have overcame obstacles because of our commitment to trust God.

And through our relentless efforts, faith in God and our dedication to live a Christ-centered life, (which is non-negotiable), we continue to stand.

Today, as we reflect back on the things that God allowed us to endure (meanwhile strengthening & refining us at the same time), we are grateful that we chose together to believe in the word of God and stand on the word of God.

God is Faithful and Trusting In Him is Non-Negotiable.

Pastor Mark Driscoll Interviews the Seattle Seahawks - Russell Wilson

What a nice and refreshing picture of why it's important to not judge others. Russell Wilson of the Seattle Seahawks shares his personal testimony of Faith prior to their victory against the San Francisco 49ers.

Refreshing Thought

In high school, college and professional sports, we may never see the beauty of those individuals who are truly following Christ because too often they are being overshadowed by opposition, wickedness, darkness and sinfulness. However, we should all learn to not be judge mental because through those small groups of individuals who are not afraid to let their light shine, 1 by 1 unbelievers and their lives are being changed.
